The 21 hairpin bends of Alpe d'Huez
44 km - 1400m elevation gain
Starting from Villard-Reculas, this route is ideal for getting warmed up and discovering the surroundings.
After a descent to reach Bourg d'Oisans, we enjoy a rolling section in the valley before tackling the ascent of the 21 bends of Alpe d'Huez.
An accessible and progressive outing, perfect for kicking off the training course and discovering an iconic cycling site.


Route en Balcon et col de Sarenne
57 kms - 2000m d+
A complete itinerary, combining magnificent landscapes and the pleasure of riding.
The legendary descent through the hairpin bends of Alpe d'Huez offers a unique thrill before turning off at La Garde. The route continues along a magnificent balcony road overlooking the valley, all the way to Lac du Chambon. The climb to the Col de Sarenne , wilder and more demanding, then puts the legs to the test. The route reaches the summit of the Alpe d'Huez resort before a leisurely return to Villard-Reculas.


Lautaret Pass and Galibier Pass
122 km - 3200 m elevation gain
A demanding bike ride passing through Bourg-d'Oisans and then the Chambon lake, before reaching the Lautaret pass and starting the ascent of the mythical Galibier pass .
Reaching an altitude of 2,642 m, the Galibier is one of the most iconic passes in the Alps. Its ascent is long and gradual, with the final kilometers being more challenging at altitude.
The route combines spectacular landscapes and a high mountain atmosphere, between open valleys and imposing peaks.


The Col de la Croix de Fer
57 km - 1900 m elevation gain
Starting from Lake Allemont, this outing takes us into the heart of the Alps towards the Col de la Croix de Fer .
The climb begins gently before becoming more demanding, alternating between shaded sections and parts more exposed to the sun. It notably passes by Grand'Maison lake , offering an impressive setting.
Reaching the pass rewards the effort with an exceptional panorama of the peaks.


Col de la Morte, Col d'Ornon and Alpe d'Huez
128 km - 3000 m elevation gain
A bike ride that starts with a long descent towards Séchilienne before tackling three iconic mountain passes:
The route includes the Col de la Morte , the Col d'Ornon and the legendary climb of Alpe d'Huez .
The landscapes, typical of the Southern Alps, offer wild mountains, open valleys and beautiful light.


Besson Lakes
25 km - 850 m elevation gain
A short outing passing through Alpe d'Huez before continuing to the high-altitude lakes above the resort. The route climbs gradually to reach the Besson lakes , nestled high in the mountains.
The ascent offers gentle slopes and a pristine natural setting, far from the hustle and bustle. The landscapes, typical of the Alps, blend alpine pastures, rocky outcrops, and sweeping panoramas. A more tranquil yet immersive outing, ideal for fully appreciating the alpine environment.
